The focus is on the customer’s experience, and most importantly, the imagery of the website has moved away from dented cars, to people enjoying their vehicles.

The message conveyed is one that reminds the visitor that their car can be the source of enjoyable experiences, and while they are currently looking to resolve a difficult ‘car situation’, the images in the site keep the purpose behind the repair in the top of the customer’s mind.

The website makes use of a content management system which allows Dent Doctor to quickly and easily update the site with news and new branch information, and a branch browser allows visitors to the site to quickly find their closest branch.
